LEARNINGWISELY UNLOCKS POTENTIAL
LearningWisely translates brain research to support learning, address bullying and prevent school violence. We focus on student strengths within a well understood learning profile. Too often the weaknesses in that profile obscure the power hidden in a learner's strengths. Health care and Special Education funding are too often tied to a deficit model that demands a child receive a diagnostic label based upon what is not working. Remediation of weaknesses can be a costly and often future effort, when harnessing essential strengths can be used to take them into successful life choices!
LearningWisely's mission is to create safer schools and empower students through their strengths and imagination.
LearningWisely provides a number of services based in brain research that are infused with a strength based approach: direct one to one assessment, educational therapy to students, teacher professional development, web based Strength to Strategy plans and choose your own ending book to imagine alternatives to conflict and bullying.
